Children Coming Up Mission

What is the CCUM Scholarship?

A scholarship foundation helping students continue their dreams at university

This scholarship began from the warm heart of a sponsor who, before passing away, left a legacy for children in need.
That spirit of giving has become the CCUM Scholarship Foundation, supporting students in developing countries to continue their university education without interruption due to financial difficulties.

After High School, Another Threshold of Reality

All My Kids has supported children overseas with basic education through high school.
However, even after graduating high school, many students face yet another wall of reality.

"I want to go to university."

This small wish of students often stops before the reality of tuition fees.
Despite having sufficient dreams and capabilities, situations where students must give up university due to financial reasons still exist.
The CCUM Scholarship was started to fill this gap in education.

A Path of Learning Leading to University

The CCUM Scholarship supports students with scholarships so they don't give up university due to financial difficulties, enabling them to continue learning and realize their potential.
We serve as a stepping stone for students to venture into a wider world and forge their own futures.

Just as one person's warm sharing leads to a student's future,
All My Kids will continue to stand with more students so they never give up on their dreams.

How are scholarship recipients selected?

CCUM scholarship recipients are selected through recommendations from local educational institutions and partner organizations.
The following factors are comprehensively considered in the selection process:

  • Family's economic situation
  • Academic commitment and diligence
  • Growth potential to sustain studies

Recommended students are selected through review of submitted documents and recommendations,
and we continuously monitor and support selected scholars to stably continue their university courses.

CCUM Scholarship Support

The CCUM Scholarship provides the following support to help students continue their studies at university:

  • University tuition and fees
  • Academic management for continued studies
  • Counseling and support through local partner organizations

This scholarship program aims beyond simply supporting tuition —
it creates an environment where students can focus on their studies.

A Journey of Continuing Dreams

The CCUM Scholarship is not simply about supporting tuition.
It is about staying beside students so they can continue learning to the end, and walking together on a path of hope so that dreams don't stop despite various real-world difficulties.

All My Kids will continue to accompany selected scholars until they complete their university courses,
supporting them to grow into leaders who will shape their nations' futures through education.

Oh Jong-Soon Scholarship Foundation

What is the OJS Scholarship?

A scholarship for children beyond the reach of sponsorship

In 2024, sponsor Oh Jong-Soon donated her life savings of 2 billion won to All My Kids, asking that it be used for education of children in impoverished countries.

Even during difficult stage 4 cancer treatment, her determination to keep her promise deeply moved many people.
Carrying on this spirit, All My Kids established the Oh Jong-Soon Scholarship Foundation.

"Cast the net to the right side of the boat" (John 21:6)

The risen Jesus said to his disciples who had caught nothing all night:
"Cast the net to the right side of the boat."
When they did, 153 fish filled the net.

In church tradition, this number symbolizes the universality of salvation and fullness of grace.
With this meaning, the OJS Foundation selected 153 children as scholarship recipients.

The 153 Children of the OJS Foundation

The OJS Foundation gathers and supports children who are relatively difficult to select through the regular sponsorship system.

Currently, All My Kids connects sponsors and children in a 1:1 system.
However, some children are difficult to introduce for various reasons.

Disability & Health

Children requiring additional care due to physical/cognitive disabilities or chronic conditions

Administrative Gaps

Children with mismatched records due to delayed birth registration

Absence of Guardian

Orphans or children with missing/absent guardians

Unclear Identity

Children whose identification is difficult due to conflict, displacement, or disaster

Due to various factors, some children wait a long time or cannot be connected through sponsorship.

Love That Reaches the Unseen

The OJS Foundation was started to fill this gap.
It helps children beyond the reach of sponsorship so they don't give up learning due to poverty, supporting them to continue life's possibilities through education.

This foundation is hope that opens a child's tomorrow and a space of love that reaches the unseen.

All My Kids will carry on the noble spirit of sponsor Oh Jong-Soon,
walking alongside children who continue their dreams and hopes without giving up.
