  You can apply through the Donate menu on our website, or submit a paper application form.

• 2 How can I change my sponsorship?

  You can change your sponsorship type or amount by contacting us through the website or calling our office.

• 3 I would like to pause my sponsorship temporarily.

  For identity verification purposes, please call our office and we will guide you through the process.

• 4 My sponsorship payment was not withdrawn.

  If the withdrawal date falls on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. If there are insufficient funds, it will be withdrawn together on the next scheduled date.

• 5 Can I receive a donation receipt?

  Those who have applied for a donation receipt can verify it through the National Tax Service year-end tax settlement service.

• 6 What are the criteria for issuing donation receipts?

  Sponsorship payments made from January 1 to December 31 each year are issued as the donation receipt amount for that year.
